Being a member of the Online Marketing team and reporting to the Online Marketing Sr. Manager, you will be conceptualizing, building, overseeing the overall marketing strategy, together with your colleagues of marketing experts.

As the Marketing Data and Strategy Senior Associate, you will play a key role that guides critical marketing decisions and in setting the overall direction of the team in line with our business objectives, and build a plan to ensure we reach our business targets.

Mission

This role’s mission is to help Guardrails enter the market successfully by devising strong short and long-term strategies in building brand awareness, lead generation, and lead conversion.

Accountabilities, Goals and Outcomes

  • Understand the overall business objectives and devise a multi-channel online marketing strategy utilizing various data sources
  • Work with the engineering team to build business intelligence dashboards that measures and keeps track of all marketing KPIs
  • Participate in creating strategic quarterly and annual marketing plans, preparing presentations, as well as monitoring the achievement of the plans
  • Develop and lead strategic analysis brought about by various activities throughout the marketing team
  • Help ensure the marketing budget is spent efficiently
  • Ensure the right audience is targeted correctly with relevant and successful campaigns
  • Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and online campaign engagements

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
  • Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
  • Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
  • Recommend website and campaign optimizations
  • Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc)
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure all data dashboards and tool trackings are correct and updated to monitor marketing KPIs efficiently
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
  • Work closely with key finance and business stakeholders to ensure marketing budget, spend and targets are well-distributed, measurable and attainable

You pretty much have the job if

  • You’ve had 4+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm and/or within an equivalent corporate strategy group, or as member of business intelligence or business strategy teams
  • You are an expert in the B2B environment
  • You have a proven track record of leading strategic projects with increasing levels of responsibility
