Being our lead Multimedia Artist and reporting to the Global Communications and Branding Director, you will be helping drive our branding vision and create assets that embody the company.

As the Senior Multimedia Artist, you will play a key role in shaping our brand, defining how we visually communicate our messages in our ads, social media, presentations, events, merchandising, videos, and more.

Mission

This role’s mission is to help establish GuardRails’ presence in the market by creating engaging and impactful designs, defining our look & feel in alignment with our brand personality, tone and content.

Accountabilities, Goals and Outcomes

  • Create visual materials following the existing brand guidelines
  • Help evolve the brand identity over the time by keeping our designs updated and aligned with industry trends
  • Understand the industry and competitors to be able to differentiate ourselves through outstanding creative materials
  • Provide the team with images, web design, videos, and animations to improve our content in all channels (website, social media, paid ads, presentations, events, merchandising, etc)
  • Own specific KPIs to measure the impact of our creative materials, such as engagement rates, clicks, improvement in ads performance, cost per result, and the like

  • Experienced multimedia designer with knowledge on manipulating/editing photos, videos and animations

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and produce visual content to create a cohesive image for all communication channels, as per our branding guidelines
  • Provide the team with all possible formats for our marketing objectives: static designs, short animations, videos (i.e. webinars, tutorials)
  • Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and feedback
  • Help provide guidance to third parties/agencies for them to follow the same design, elements, and style
  • Research and stay up to date with the latest industry and competitor trends, designs, materials and best practices
  • Align with the marketing team about the performance of each material to continuously improve our brand look

You pretty much have the job if

  • You’ve held a senior role for at least 1 year in creative team, marketing team, or advertising agency
  • You have a good understanding of who our target customers are, and which visuals will attract their attention in digital channels
  • Expert user of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and other tools
  • You have experience in the tech industry, and ideally have designed and created materials for B2B SaaS companies
